Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Processing times are separate from shipping times. During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. Sentinel SafeGuard reserves the right to adjust processing times without prior notice.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

 

Estimated delivery time is 3–14 business days, depending on destination and carrier operations.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sentinel SafeGuard is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Force majeure events beyond our control

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
